I've been working on another book - this one filled with all gluten-free recipes using simple ingredients, one flour mix, etc. I'm so excited to say I have developed a gluten-free pita. For those that know me, you know I love Lebanon, Syria and general Middle Eastern cusine so this is doubly exciting. I can now enjoy them like I used to....especially during Lenten fast.
